Connect NetSuite with your storefronts, marketplaces, accounting, documents and everyday tools so data moves once and everyone works from the same record.

Monitoring and support
NetSuite works best as the single record of truth, but most businesses also run a web store, marketplace accounts, payment gateways, spreadsheets and team tools. Every hand-off between them is a place where data gets re-typed, delayed or lost.
Tech i-Vin designs and builds NetSuite integrations that move orders, items, inventory, customers and documents between systems automatically, using NetSuite’s own SuiteScript, RESTlet and SuiteTalk capabilities or ready connectors where they fit.
Most integration projects start with one of these everyday frustrations.
Orders, customers and items typed into two systems means two chances to get them wrong and hours lost every week.
When web store stock doesn’t match NetSuite, you oversell, backorder or pause sales you could have made.
Orders waiting to be keyed in, shipped and invoiced stretch the gap between a sale and the money arriving.
Finance and operations rebuild the picture from CSV exports instead of looking at one live record.
Storefronts, marketplaces, accounting, documents and custom APIs, each connected with the method that fits.
Custom-made connectors that sync items, inventory, customers, shipping and orders between Shopify and NetSuite, ideally the full set rather than part of it.
Two-way sync that imports customers and sales orders into NetSuite, exports items to Amazon and can map custom fields.
Web store items synced both ways, shippable orders sent automatically, tracking numbers returned to the storefront and coupon support.
Keep NetSuite and QuickBooks aligned so customers, items and transactions don’t have to be maintained twice.
Connect NetSuite records with SharePoint files and business workflows, as in our published SharePoint integration work.
A ready-to-install two-way integration that lets teams read and update NetSuite data from Google Sheets.
Two-way integrations with platforms such as TribeHR, including custom employee forms, and Ytel campaign data.
RESTlets, SuiteTalk and scheduled scripts built in SuiteScript to connect systems that have no off-the-shelf connector.
Multi payment gateway integrations and custom, easy-to-use dashboards for connected storefronts.
Error handling, logging and ongoing support so a connection keeps working as both systems change.
HOW WE BUILD — Our integrations are built on NetSuite’s own tools: SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, scheduled scripts, user event scripts and CSV imports, as listed on our existing services page. See the source page.
The failure points are predictable, so we design for them from the start.
Map every field, format and default before building so records land where NetSuite expects them.
Agree on a system of record per data type and use keys that let both sides recognise the same customer or order.
Design around NetSuite governance and rate limits with batching, scheduling and retries.
Log every sync, surface errors to a person and reprocess failed records rather than losing them.
Plan for platform updates and new fields with versioned scripts and a support arrangement.
The mix of platforms differs, but the goal is the same: data entered once and trusted everywhere.
Tech i-Vin’s published NetSuite work includes custom connectors for Shopify, Amazon, Magento/WooCommerce and QuickBooks, a two-way Google Sheets integration and a SharePoint integration, built on SuiteScript, RESTlets and SuiteTalk.

A few things worth clarifying before connecting your systems.
Our published work covers Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, SharePoint, Google Sheets, TribeHR and Ytel. For other platforms we build custom integrations using NetSuite’s RESTlets, SuiteTalk and SuiteScript.
Both. Where we already have a connector, such as for Amazon or Google Sheets, we start from it. Otherwise we design a custom integration with SuiteScript, RESTlets or SuiteTalk. The choice follows discovery, once we know the systems, data and volumes involved.
It depends on how many systems and record types are involved, whether data flows one way or both ways, the custom rules needed and how much sandbox testing your team wants. We map those factors first so the plan reflects the real work.
Cost is driven by the number of connected systems, the data types and direction of sync, custom business logic, error handling, testing and the level of ongoing support. A discovery conversation helps scope the work before any estimate.
Yes. Several of our integrations, including Amazon, Google Sheets, TribeHR and Ytel, sync in both directions. We agree on a system of record for each data type so that two-way updates do not overwrite each other.
Integrations are built with logging and error handling, so failed records are visible and can be reprocessed rather than lost. We can also set up alerts so someone is notified when a connection needs attention.
Yes. We review the existing connection, its scripts and failure points, then repair, rebuild or migrate it, including moving older SuiteScript to SuiteScript 2.1 where that is holding the integration back.
Tell us which systems need to talk. We’ll start with the data that matters most.
