Part-Time Freelance SDR – Lead Generation for ERP, Salesforce, and Cloud Services

🔹 Overview:
We’re an India-based consulting firm working with clients across the US, UK, and Australia. We specialize in NetSuite ERP, Salesforce consulting, and custom cloud-based software development. We’re looking to bring on a freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and book meetings with decision-makers.
This is a part-time, remote role with performance-based incentives.

 
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify ideal prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, and other tools
  • Execute cold outreach (LinkedIn + email) to decision-makers such as Founders, CFOs, COOs, and Tech Leads
  • Book qualified discovery calls for our team
  • Maintain lead tracking and provide regular updates
  • Collaborate with the founder to refine targeting and messaging

 
🔹 Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales (preferably in ERP, SaaS, or IT services)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Prior experience generating leads for NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar services is a plus

 
🔹 Compensation:
This is a freelance/part-time opportunity with a monthly retainer based on experience. In addition to the base, a performance-driven incentive structure is offered, which includes:
  • Bonuses for each qualified meeting booked with relevant decision-makers
  • Higher incentives for exceeding monthly performance targets
  • Additional bonuses on successfully closed deals from your leads
